The rigorous training model operates on the principle that intense challenges create significant change, so we provide a structured, accountable environment that pushes athletes to their physical and mental limits and shows them how to overcome personal obstacles. Through 4 workouts a day that include technical skill sessions, live wrestling, drilling, running, weight lifting, and cross-training, athletes will be taught a new meaning of hard work. They will also learn how positive character traits that we call The MC3—Mission Centered life with Christ at the Center, a competitive edge spirit, and develop outstanding character and integrity—contribute to their success as an athlete and as a human being.
Because of the high-intensity environment, our Intensive Wrestling Camps are only for wrestlers 13-18 years of age. 13 year-olds are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Call us at if you have a 13 year-old who would like to come to an Intensive Camp.
The daily schedule at our NWAA Intensive National Guard Camps varies from day to day in order to maximize the physical and mental challenge that our athletes face. We use unpredictability and constant change as a tool to test the athletes, so they never know what they'll face when they wake up. Here is a sample daily schedule that shows what one day might look like.
6:30am Wake Up
6:45am - 7:45am Running, Cross-Training, or Weight Training
8:00am - 9:45am Breakfast and Recovery
